Hilton opens Waldorf Astoria and NoMad in new markets this quarter
The hospitality group is launching luxury brands across Asia, the Middle East and North America, including first entries into Malaysia, Singapore and Hawaii, alongside apartment-style hotels and a major Conrad renovation.

Hilton is opening a series of properties across Asia, the Middle East and North America this quarter, marking significant brand debuts and new market entries, according to the company’s announcement. The expansion spans both luxury and lifestyle segments, from the introduction of flagship brands in Southeast Asia to the continued rollout of apartment-style accommodations in U.S. cities.
The most significant launches are the debuts of Waldorf Astoria in Kuala Lumpur and NoMad in Singapore, representing the first properties for both brands in their respective countries. Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur will be situated in the Golden Triangle district, near Pavilion Mall and Suria KLCC shopping centers.
Hawaiian Resort and Baja California Entry
In Hawaii, Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi is set to debut as the state’s first Curio Collection by Hilton property. Located in Līhuʻe on the island of Kauaʻi, the resort sits adjacent to the 18th hole of the Ocean Course at Hōkūala golf course and is situated a short walk from Kalapakī Beach. Accommodations draw inspiration from traditional Hawaiian bungalows, with private lanais, spa-inspired bathrooms and views of the Pacific Ocean, Hāʻupu Mountain and Nāwiliwili Bay. The property will include a Portuguese-Hawaiian restaurant named Figueira, an outdoor pool and bar, tennis and pickleball courts, cultural programming and 14,000 square feet of event space.
Perla La Paz, operating under the Tapestry Collection banner, marks Hilton’s entry into Baja California and its first property in La Paz, Mexico. The hotel will occupy the historic Hotel Perla building and retain mid-century design elements. Guest rooms have been remodeled, and the property will feature pastel-toned décor, terraces and multiple dining options, with a rooftop pool and bar offering views of the Gulf of California.

North American Urban Properties
Hilton is expanding its Apartment Collection brand in the United States with openings in Pittsburgh and Huntsville, Alabama. Placemakr Pittsburgh Downtown will be situated in the city’s Cultural District, providing apartment-style accommodations near theaters, dining and entertainment venues. Anthem House – Placemakr Huntsville is set to open in October 2026 in the MidCity District, offering residential-style units in a neighborhood the company describes as rapidly growing.
The company is also adding standard DoubleTree by Hilton properties to its roster. DoubleTree by Hilton Jeddah Al Nahda, a 261-room property in Jeddah’s Al Nahda district, will offer views of the city skyline and Red Sea. The hotel will include a social bistro blending Saudi cuisine with international offerings, an outdoor pool, fitness center, padel court and six meeting and event venues. DoubleTree by Hilton Kelowna in British Columbia will feature 90 guest rooms, an on-site restaurant, indoor heated pool with water slides and hot tub, and meeting space.
In Singapore, DoubleTree by Hilton Singapore Robertson Quay will open in the Robertson Quay area with 344 rooms, two dining concepts including an all-day restaurant serving Asian-inspired cuisine, an outdoor pool and function spaces.
European Expansion and Major Renovation
Cuber House Valencia, Curio Collection by Hilton, will mark Hilton’s debut in the Spanish coastal city. Signia Hilton continues to expand in the United States with new properties in Naples, Florida, and Indianapolis.
A major renovation is underway at Conrad Indianapolis, timed to the hotel’s 20th anniversary. The property-wide upgrade carries a budget of $25 million, according to the company announcement.
Hilton is supporting the launches with a promotion for Honors members offering 3,000 bonus points for stays at the company’s luxury, lifestyle, resort or all-inclusive properties, and 1,000 points on other Hilton properties. The promotion runs from October 15 through December 31, 2026.
