Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch taps OSKIA for exclusive spa partnership
The British skincare brand will create a treatment collection exclusively for the landmark hotel when it opens later this year.

Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch has appointed OSKIA, a British skincare brand, as its exclusive spa partner ahead of the restored landmark’s opening later this year. The partnership marks OSKIA’s first collaboration with a Waldorf Astoria property globally and reflects the hotel’s strategy of partnering with British and UK-based companies.
The hotel will offer an exclusive collection of OSKIA treatments created specifically for the property and available nowhere else. Guillaume Marly, general manager at the hotel, described the fit between the two brands: “There is a natural synergy between OSKIA and the hotel. Both are unmistakably British, both are rooted in craftsmanship, and both bring a quietly confident approach to luxury.”
Spa facilities and design
The intimate Waldorf Astoria Spa will operate within the Grade I-listed Admiralty Arch building, which underwent extensive restoration before opening as a hotel. The spa contains spaces for individual treatments and couples sessions, along with a sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, ice fountain and private relaxation area, plus a fitness centre. Caitlin Ryde, recently appointed spa manager, will lead the team and oversee treatment standards and the guest experience.

OSKIA’s manufacturing and innovation
Founded in 2009 by Georgie Cleeve, OSKIA produces all its skincare formulations internally at a facility in Wales. The brand has earned more than 250 industry honours since its founding. At the core of its skincare philosophy sits the proprietary MSM Regen Complex™, which according to the company combines nutrients with biotechnology to nourish skin. The brand stemmed from Cleeve’s investigation into the skin benefits of MSM, an organic form of sulphur.
Cleeve commented on the partnership: “For OSKIA’s first partnership with the brand to be in a building as steeped in history as Admiralty Arch is quite moving. There is complete respect for the history of the property in every considered detail of the guest journey, blended spectacularly with every modern convenience.”
Location and setting
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch sits on The Mall in St. James’s, opposite Buckingham Palace. The restoration of Admiralty Arch was undertaken as part of Reuben Brothers’ broader vision for the site. The spa will integrate into the hotel’s wider wellness proposition and mark a stage in the landmark’s transformation into a destination shaped by its London setting and dedication to British craftsmanship.
