NoMad Singapore Opens for Reservations, Debuts in Asia-Pacific
Hilton's NoMad brand makes its Asia-Pacific debut on Orchard Road with 173 rooms, a rooftop chophouse, and an art collection dominated by works from Singapore-based artists.

Reservations are now open for NoMad Singapore, marking the brand’s first hotel in Asia-Pacific. The property is scheduled to open in late 2026 on Orchard Road, where it sits close to the Central Business District and Singapore’s historic quarters. According to Hilton, the hotel will meet growing demand for elevated, experience-driven stays in the region.
The 173-room hotel is being developed with UOL Group and will occupy a reimagined building at the Cairnhill intersection, featuring a cascading waterfall and planted vertical façade. Designed by Singapore-based architecture firm WOHA with interiors by Los Angeles studio Kevin Klein Design, the property reinterprets NoMad’s New York roots through Art Deco styling and Peranakan design traditions.
Guest rooms and dining
The hotel will include 71 ‘Atelier’ rooms (32 square metres, with living area and bathtub), 42-square-metre ‘Parlour Suites’ and 43-square-metre ‘NoMad Suites’. All rooms feature rich marble, burlwood, custom wool rugs and pale blue and green walls reflecting regional interior design traditions found in nearby Peranakan shophouses on Emerald Hill.
Arrival takes place on the fifth level, where an open-air reception and the Lù bar overlook a terrace, pool and greenery facing Orchard Road. The NoMad Grill restaurant occupies the rooftop, presenting itself as a New York-style chophouse with tin-coffered ceilings and ornamental columns. The menu centres on dry-aged meats cooked over wood fire, raw bar offerings and seasonal produce. At street level, Sticky Fingers serves house-made soft-serve sundaes.

Art and cultural programming
The property will house more than 1,860 artworks, with 90 per cent created by Singapore-based artists. The collection spans oil paintings on copper, acrylic photography and large-scale bas-relief installations, exploring the dialogue between past and present through contemporary street photography, floral compositions, exhibition posters and historical ephemera.
NoMad Singapore is partnering with ART:DIS, a non-profit organisation supporting artists with disabilities, to commission and champion work by artists in this community. The initiative builds on UOL’s existing support for the organisation, creating development and exhibition opportunities.
Market position
The Singapore opening strengthens Hilton’s luxury portfolio and its position in the growing luxury lifestyle segment. NoMad currently operates in London, which opened in 2021.
