Baglietto has launched hull no. 10261, the ninth unit in its 52-metre T52 line, following a private ceremony on 22 October at the Italian shipyard’s facilities in La Spezia. The yacht marks another step in the production run of a model Baglietto has designed to balance a cohesive visual identity with flexibility for owners to direct the interiors and overall character of their vessel.

Francesco Paszkowski Design created the exterior styling and worked with Margherita Casprini on the interior spaces. According to the shipyard, the design reflects a contemporary approach that blends elegant lines with functional yacht living. Baglietto emphasized that each T52 offers scope for individual interpretation, allowing each owner’s preferences to shape the final result beyond the shared platform.

Launch and team

The private ceremony brought together the owner, family members and close friends alongside Aberton Yachts, the team that worked closely with Baglietto throughout the vessel’s construction. Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto’s chief commercial officer, said in a statement that “every launch is a particularly meaningful moment for everyone involved, as it brings together the expertise, dedication and passion invested in a project.” He added that the T52 “combines a strong identity with the freedom to create a yacht tailored to the Owner’s aspirations.”

Ermetto highlighted that this tailored approach is central to Baglietto’s method of working closely with each owner and design partner to turn their vision into reality. The launch of hull no. 10261 represents the latest example of that client-focused practice applied to the T52 program.

Baglietto’s recent product moves

The launch arrives as Baglietto continues to develop its portfolio in response to evolving expectations in the international yachting market. At the Monaco Yacht Show this year, the shipyard presented two new models: the FAST50, which it describes as a fresh interpretation of speed and performance, and the T60, introduced as the new flagship of the range and positioned to extend the company’s offer in the large-yacht segment.
