Two Northern European superyachts join Burgess sales fleet
An Amels 180 and a Feadship have entered the Burgess brokerage market, priced at EUR 32 million and EUR 29.95 million respectively.

Burgess has listed two superyachts built by Northern European yards known for engineering and resale value. LA FAMILIA, a 55-metre Amels 180 series yacht, is priced at EUR 32,000,000, while LADY MARINA, a Feadship, carries an asking price of EUR 29,950,000. Both prices include European VAT paid.
The listings reflect Burgess’s established position in the Dutch and Northern European superyacht market. According to the brokerage, it sold the highest number of Dutch-built yachts over 70 metres in 2025 and maintains the strongest fleet of Northern European vessels across all sizes.
LA FAMILIA: The Amels 180 Option
LA FAMILIA is one of the Amels 180 series, a model Burgess has sold six times over the past seven years—two as new builds and four in the brokerage market. The current owner commissioned a custom interior that sets this vessel apart from other examples in the series. Rather than a standard specification design, it includes a five-cabin layout that expands the owner’s office space beyond typical configurations.
The yacht features a sauna on the main deck, a feature Burgess notes is unique to this particular vessel in the series. It retains the hallmarks that have made the Amels 180 popular among buyers: two substantial tenders, a beach club, and a sun deck capable of landing a helicopter. Ian Sherwood, sales broker, described LA FAMILIA as “highly versatile” and positioned it as an accessible step up for owners currently operating 40- to 45-metre yachts seeking additional space.
LADY MARINA: The Feadship Legacy
LADY MARINA is a Feadship with an interior designed by renowned yacht designer Donald Starkey. The yacht accommodates up to 13 guests across seven cabins, with two additional cabins providing berths for up to three staff or occasional guests. The design prioritizes volume and usable space; Burgess describes it as offering “exceptional volume for her length.”
Amenities include a private-use helideck, an elevator connecting all decks, two jacuzzis, a gym, a sauna, and a spacious observation lounge. The yacht has been privately owned by a single owner since delivery and has never been chartered, establishing a clear ownership history.
Market Position
Both yachts exemplify the Northern European building tradition that Burgess brokers cite as central to understanding superyacht value: engineering quality, layout efficiency, resale potential, and long-term operational costs. The listings arrive as Burgess continues to focus on Dutch and Northern European yards including Amels and Feadship, which the firm positions as the drivers of its market leadership at the upper end of the brokerage sector.
