Vertu Agent Watch pairs crystal case with phone-linked voice control

The luxury watchmaker's new wearable uses a transparent tonneau case and links its voice functions to a paired smartphone's Agent system.

Vertu unveiled Agent Watch on October 28, 2026, a connected timepiece built around a hand-polished crystal case and a voice interaction model that depends on a paired phone. The watch brings the brand’s design language to a wearable that treats the wrist and the smartphone as separate but linked parts of a single system.

The core idea shifts how such devices typically work. Rather than embedding all processing into the watch itself, Agent Watch captures a voice command, sends it to the paired phone for execution through that device’s Agent system, then returns spoken confirmation to the wrist. Vertu positions this division as purposeful: the watch provides immediate interaction; the phone performs the work.

Crystal tonneau and dimensional dial

A Corning glass lens covers the 1.75-inch AMOLED display, and a fluoroelastomer strap supplies practical contrast to the sculptural case. The design prioritizes the crystal’s visual presence and the depth of the screen.

Vertu includes 27 three-dimensional digital watch faces with layered, mechanically inspired designs and animated tourbillon effects. According to the manufacturer, these dimensional dials give the display more visual weight than a static screen layout would provide.

Colour combinations and specifications

The launch offers three colour pairings: white crystal paired with a white strap, blue crystal with a white strap, and smoke-grey crystal with a black strap. Each shifts the watch’s visual character without altering the underlying design.

The device includes activity metrics and draws on five satellite positioning networks—GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS—for location data during exercise and route recording. Battery life is listed as 8+ days of typical use from a 300 mAh battery, with charging taking approximately 90 minutes. Compatibility extends to iOS 13 and later versions as well as Android 9 and later, depending on the device.

How the Agent workflow functions

The voice flow operates in three steps: speak a request to the watch, the paired phone’s Agent processes the command, then spoken confirmation returns through the watch. This architecture makes the phone integral to the experience rather than optional. Offline, independent execution by the watch alone is not specified in the product documentation.

Vertu positions Agent Watch as part of its expanding wearable portfolio, which also includes the Grand Watch collection, a separate expression of the brand’s watch design philosophy.
